Yellow Belt Training is a 24-hour course designed to introduce participants to a simple problem-solving methodology utilizing the Toyota A-3 process and will learn the basic DMAIC Model, applying learning to a specific problem. Upon completion, participants are prepared to become members of their organization’s Lean Team.
Yellow Belts are continuous improvement professionals who are concerned with supporting the continuous improvement initiatives of their organizations. Yellow Belt Training is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wishes to build a solid foundation of continuous improvement knowledge and practice.
