    Sudden Cardiac Arrest can happen at any time; knowing how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is crucial in reducing the likelihood of death when it happens outside of a hospital setting. In this interactive CPR class, gain the knowledge and skills required to make a difference in the event of an emergency. Learn how to administer first aid, use an automatic external defibrillator (AED) and administer CPR. After completion of the class, you will earn a Health & Safety Institute (HSI) certification for CPR and First Aid that is valid for two years.

    Heart failure can feel overwhelming, but with the right knowledge and tools, patients and caregivers can confidently manage it day to day. Participants in the 5-week course will leave with the confidence to make informed decisions, clear strategies for working with their healthcare team, and a personalized Heart Health Map. Designed for both patients and caregivers, the class is interactive, supportive, and focused on turning medical advice into real-life action. This course introduces the essentials of heart health in plain language, covering what heart failure is, how medications work, practical nutrition tips, safe exercise strategies, and daily symptom monitoring.
