Delve deeper into technique and body mechanics for clear nonverbal communication with a partner. Dive into the world of tango music and cultivate key skills for creative, improvisational expression with a comfortable embrace. Socks, over-the-sneaker DanceSocks™ or dance shoes are recommended. We strongly recommend either completing From Zero to Dancing or having previous social Argentine Tango experience prior to participating in this class.

Immerse yourself in the unique culture and fun of social Argentine tango. Enhance your nonverbal communication skills and enjoy meeting people in the process! Build your Argentine tango skills while experiencing a welcoming social environment. Begin to enjoy this wonderful, passionate dance and beautiful, rich music by learning practical skills for use on the social dance floor including insights on the music and history of Argentine tango in this introductory course. Socks, over-the-sneaker DanceSocks™, or dance shoes are recommended.

Our guided practica is a place for peer-to-peer learning and practice. Come ready to share ideas, ask questions, and request targeted feedback to empower your personal tango journey. Enjoy the support of a class environment without the structure, in a more casual space than a milonga. Prompts, themes, or focal points will be provided to orient each session.

This is the name for Argentine Tango social events. This dance social is for those who have completed the From Zero to Dancing course or have previous social Argentine Tango experience. During this event there will be a DJ playing Argentine Tango music. There will be a brief discussion on the codigos (etiquette) of a milonga and its friendly environment for all to dance. A small registration fee is required.

Come get a cardio workout and learn the Charleston while you're at it! This class will introduce students to classic swing era dance moves like the Charleston, the Tacky Annie, Camel Walks, and so many more in a low pressure, follow-along format! If you enjoy swing music (old and new!) and want to learn some dance basics like rhythm and musicality, dance posture, and footwork patterns, then you will love this class. This is an all-levels class with no experience necessary. I recommend comfortable shoes with low traction. Dance socks can be worn over sneakers as well. It is a moderate to high energy class with modifications offered if needed for accessibility.

It's never too late (or too soon) to learn how to line dance! This 4-5 session beginner-friendly class is designed for those 60+ or anyone who wants extra time to break down each step and practice safe dancing techniques. Improve memory, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness, all while meeting new friends and gaining confidence for a night out dancing! Learn popular line dances to a variety of musical genres. Bring leather-soled shoes or sneakers (no sandals or open-toed shoes) and a water bottle.

New to pickleball? This beginner-friendly clinic introduces the rules, scoring, court positioning, and basic strokes in a fun, supportive environment. Over four two-hour sessions, participants build confidence through guided instruction, drills, and introductory gameplay. No prior experience required. Bring a pickleball paddle and water bottle, and dress comfortably to move around the (indoor) court. Court sneakers or tennis shoes, and sport goggles recommended. It is common to take the same level clinic more than once to gain mastery before moving on to the next level. This clinic is designed for intermediate players who want to improve their pickleball game. Start to enjoy the game more as you become more competitive and strategic, whether you’re playing on the neighborhood court or testing your skills in tournaments.

For all pickleball clinics, you will need to bring a pickleball paddle and water bottle, and dress comfortably to move around the court. Court sneakers or tennis shoes are recommended. Clinics are held indoors. While the courts stay at a comfortable temperature, please note the space is not fully heated or air conditioned. It is common to take the same level clinic more than once to gain mastery before moving on to the next level.
