Join Brent Williams, USA Cycling Pro Racing Mechanic, for a hands-on introduction to bike maintenance. Learn the basics of bicycle components, including frame layout, wheels, tires, drivetrains, and brakes, plus common issues like flats, shifting problems, and proper bike setup and fit. The morning session is instructional, and the afternoon session offers hands-on repairs. Bring your own bike and tools, or use the demonstration bike, work stands, and supplies provided.

Through guided labs, participants will learn to install and troubleshoot outlets, switches, lighting, and ceiling fans—and even safely service their own breaker panels. With a strong focus on safety, each session reinforces lockout/tagout procedures, proper PPE use, and compliance with NEC and OSHA standards. Gain the skills to confidently and safely handle common home electrical tasks.
